Lee Britos joined Pang Communications in March 2010 and works on a variety of accounts with a focus on residential real estate, finance, and human resources.
Lee has more than 20 years of marketing and public relations experience. The Public Relations Society of America, Hawaii Chapter, has honored Lee with several awards for public relations work done on behalf of her clients.
Prior to joining Pang Communications, she served as a senior account executive at McNeil Wilson Communications, providing media relations, marketing strategies, crisis communication, and event planning services to the USS Missouri Memorial Association, Polynesian Cultural Center, Holiday Retirement, Hawaiian Telcom and Vanpool Hawaii. She has also worked as an account executive at Bright Light Marketing Group, where her clients included Cancer Research Center of Hawaii, POSEC Hawaii, Hawaii Pacific Federal Credit Union, Sub-Zero/Wolf, Koyo USA and Market City Shopping Center.
Before relocating to Honolulu in 2006, Lee was a senior marketing analyst at New York-based Time Inc., previously a division of Time Warner Inc. Working in corporate marketing, she supported the magazines’ sales and marketing departments. The magazines included Time, People, Sports Illustrated, Fortune, In Style, Entertainment Weekly and Martha Stewart Living.
Lee served as an active board member of the Public Relations Society of America, Hawaii Chapter, from 2008 to 2011. During that time, Lee served as co-chair of PRSA Hawaii’s annual Koa Anvils Awards banquet, and was instrumental in launching the organization’s highly successful silent auction in 2009.
Since then, the silent auction continues to be a part of the annual awards banquet.
Born in China and raised in New Jersey, Lee earned a B.S. in Marketing and International Business from New York University. She is married and is a mother of two boys.
