Darcy Manning has nearly 20 years of communications and marketing experience working in-house, for large and boutique public relations agencies, and as an independent PR consultant. From developing tailored communications plans for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies to assisting startups with breaking through the cluttered marketplace, Darcy delivers measurable results to clients across both private and public sectors.

Darcy’s broadcast journalism education coupled with her varied PR background allows her to offer clients a unique approach to communications. She joined Pang Communications in 2012 and currently serves as a senior advisor, of counsel. Her work has garnered business awards and recognition for her clients and its leaders. Prior to joining the award-winning, boutique PR firm Darcy spent nearly four years in the prestigious public affairs division of McNeil Wilson Communications, Hawaii’s largest integrated marketing firm, where her work garnered awards from the Public Relations Society of America and the International Association of Business Communicators.

Her client roster includes Hawaiian Host, Sony, Waste Management, Kaiser Permanente, Cirque du Soleil, G70, Sub-Zero Wolf, Royal Hawaiian Center, Architects Hawaii, ALTRES/SimplicityHR, Vanpool, Geobunga, Wilson Home Care, among others.

Darcy served as a dedicated member of the Public Relations Society of America – Hawaii Chapter in various capacities, including awards chair. In addition to actively serving on the board of various parent teacher organizations, Darcy has volunteered with local non-profits such as the Brevard Children’s Business Fair (2019 communications director), The Children’s Hunger Project, and A+ Thrift Shop for Education.

Darcy was born in Honolulu, raised in Southern California, and currently resides in Florida’s Space Coast with her husband and son. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications (with an emphasis in broadcast journalism and minor in speech communication) from California State University, Fullerton. In her free time she enjoys makeup artistry, watercolor painting, and exploring the world for good eats.
